Auditions for Ghost Stories in the Park in the Dark -
August 14, 2010

Auditions for “Ghost Stories….in the Park….In the Dark” will be held
Saturday, August 14th, 1-4pm at the
Alfred Rubin Community Center
305 West Jackson
Naperville, IL 60540-5205.
Appointments are not necessary.

This year’s show will be directed/written by Pawel Grajnert and is a very interactive, outdoor show held the first two weekends of October.  
Rehearsals will be twice a week (days to be determined) and actors will help to create the show.  Actors should prepare a short monologue (2-3 minutes); if they sing, they should sing something - without accompaniment (1-2 minutes); and then be ready to do a short (3-5 minutes)  improv exercise.  If you have questions, please email us.

This year, the theme is "scary literature" (Poe, etc). There are two levels of shows (12 and under and 12+) and it is an in the round, very interactive show held outdoors in the Riverwalk Grand Pavillion. Please email GhostStories@SummerPlaceTheatre.org if you are interested!
